We actively encourage all levels of staff, from our most senior director to our newest operative, to participate in the pursuit of total quality in all of our operations. We ensure our clients have complete confidence that all the work carried out on their sites will be completed safely, successfully and up to the highest possible standards.
Our code of practice recognises the clear procedures our team needs to follow. FMB Code Of Practice This includes our pre project services, i.e. access to professional advice, clear project plans and plain English (E.g. the Crystal Mark approved FMB Plain English Contracts) contracts.
As part of our commitment to you and ensuring your peace of mind we ensure that for every project we have sufficient public liability and employer’s liability insurance cover for the contract. During the project we will communicate to you and the necessary authorities ensuring that you only have to communicate with your assigned project manager. This enables you to have a single point to discuss concerns or your new requirements. As part of our post project services we will ensure the site is left clean and tidy and ready for use and dispose any waste properly. As quality is critical to us we will ensure that after the work is complete and the site handed back to you we will arrange a date I which we will discuss with you the project and ensure that it has met the agreed specification.
